Every effort has been made to present current and relevant material in this Agricultural Law Sourcebook. However, no contract or agreement template can possibly fit every client, event or issue. The templates provided will need to be adapted by an attorney to each situation on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, practitioners may find it advisable to consult a specialist on particular legal matters at issue.
